Terms of Service
Last updated: March 25, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using expacti, you agree to these terms. If you're using expacti on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind the organization.
2. The service
expacti provides a human-in-the-loop command approval proxy. We give you tools to intercept and approve shell commands — what you do with those tools is your responsibility.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use expacti to:
- Circumvent security controls on systems you don't own or have authorization to access
- Process illegal content or facilitate unauthorized access to computer systems
- Abuse the service in ways that degrade performance for other users
4. Free plan limits
Free plan includes 1 target, 1 reviewer, 30-day history, and 100 commands/month. Exceeding limits may result in rate limiting or prompts to upgrade.
5. Data and privacy
See our Privacy Policy. Short version: your command data is yours, we don't sell it, and self-hosted deployments mean your data never leaves your servers.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee it. We're not liable for downtime, data loss, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your data is removed within 30 days.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes, we'll notify you by email with 30 days notice.
